Patient Policies


If you request an appointment with one of our doctors or with a specialist in our dispensary (for glasses or contacts), please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We strive to keep our office running according to our patient schedule, and for that reason, we request that you make every effort to arrive on time. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call our office. We understand that sometimes schedules must change, and we, therefore, offer a two-hour grace period. If you must change or cancel your visit within two hours of your scheduled time, we will charge a $25 fee. No-shows will be issued an invoice for $100.

Billing and Payments

Fees for exams and fittings are due at the time of service. Our dispensary requires a downpayment for all glasses and contact lens orders.


We will work to ensure that glasses, lenses and contacts from our dispensory and using our prescriptions meet your needs and expectations. Should you receive an order and find it unsatisfying, we will work with you to identify a better solution. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or change orders on custom contact lenses, opened boxes of lenses, colored lenses or frames acquired from another dispensery.
