Compensation Options – Choose Your Path to Success

We offer flexible two salary structures to fit your goals. At your annual review, you will have the option to change compensation paths. We have talented, well-trained technical and optical teams who are ready to help you hit your bonus goals. 

Option 1: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Bonus

BASE SALARY: $125,000 per year guaranteed (Paid bi-weekly)

UNCAPPED COMMISSION BONUS:

• 10% on income generated through medical visits

• 5% on income generated through optical recommendations

This model provides the stability of a solid base salary with the added benefit of earning commission on services provided. Your potential earnings can easily exceed $180,000 annually, with no cap on earning potential.

Option 2: Salary with Performance-Based Bonuses

SALARY: Your starting base compensation will be $65.00 per hour, working approximately 40 hours per week, resulting in a total guaranteed base salary of $136,000 plus monthly bonuses.

BONUS STRUCTURE: You are eligible for an annual bonus of up to $24,000 based on your individual performance. Bonuses are determined monthly using a set of metrics with the following categories:

• Meets Expectations: $500 bonus for that month.

• Exceeds Expectations: $1,500 bonus for that month.

• Significantly Exceeds Expectations: $2,000 bonus for that month.

This model provides the stability of a higher monthly base salary, however the earning potential is capped.

• Retirement Plan: SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match.

• Healthcare: We pay you $560 each month toward the purchase of a healthcare plan (ours or one of your choosing).

• Paid Continuing Education

• Paid MOA and AOA memberships

• Malpractice Insurance: We pay for your malpractice insurance.

🗓 4 Weeks Paid Time Off

• Vacation: 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation

• Sick Time: 1 week (5 days) sick time

• Holidays: 7 paid holidays
